In January, 2011, I received the grant from the Ministry of education of Taiwan to be an exchange PhD student at the Department of information and technology of Tampere University for five months.

From August of 2012 to June of 2013, I received a research grant provided through a joint scholarship by the Ministry of technology of Taiwan and the German Academic Exchange Service to be a visiting scholar at the Department of media and communication studies, Mannheim University, Germany.

From March 2014 until December 2014, I received a research grant from the Ministry of Technology of Taiwan to be a visiting researcher at the Department of Computer and Systems Sciences in Stockholm University, Sweden.
